About Me
My name is Erik I'm 25 years old and an aspiring photographer and cinematographer, living in Southern California. I work in the Education field, but always make time to take photographs and fly my drone. I bought my first DSLR camera about three years ago, but it wasn't until a year ago that I bought my first drone, a DJI Phantom 3 Professional and have been hooked ever since. There is something so unique about taking photos and videos high in the sky that is extremely hard to compete with. I am constantly exploring new areas and looking for unique locations around SoCal to photograph and take flight.
About The Website
The main purpose of the website is to share my knowledge of drone photography and cinematography. There are constantly new people entering the drone world and I want this website to be a place that will help them get off to a running start. I want to focus primarily on drone photography/cinematography but I don't want to exclude my work with the DSLR. Drone and DSLR cinematography go together like peanut butter and jelly. This website also gives me an excuse to travel, explore, and continue my passion for photography.
